I've always been fascinated by the moments that quietly change us forever. The choices we make. The people who awaken something in us. The stories we inherit from the generations before us. The invisible ways a single moment can echo across a lifetime.
My novels explore the beauty and burden of awakening, what happens after we glimpse a larger version of ourselves, and the courage it takes to return to our lives without abandoning who we've become.
Although my stories often weave together history, family, love, and the unseen, they're ultimately about identity: how we come home to ourselves after life changes us.
Before becoming a novelist, I worked as a documentary TV producer. Today I'm also a clinical hypnotherapist, where I help people navigate transformation, healing, and the stories they carry about themselves. Both paths have taught me that the most meaningful journeys are rarely about becoming someone else, they're about remembering who we've always been.
I live in Toronto with my husband, our three kids and two doodles.
